This is the translation of ni_no_so thread here but I corrected and added some information. Prepare your snack because this will be long post!
Let's start now~
They first introduced as Chibikko Ninja on June 9, 2018 in the first episode of Hadaka no Shounen. Chibikko Ninja consisted of only 14 members; Ajima Hideki, Kawasaki Koki, Vasayegh Wataru, Hiyama Kosei, Toyoda Rikuto, Motoki Waku, Uchimura Sota, Kuroda Koki, Hiratsuka Shoma, Aoki Kohei, Kitagawa Takumi, Oriyama Nao, Kubota Sora, and Murakami Maito Raul (Raul of Snow Man right now).

Chibikko Ninja name appeared too in Gekkan Terebi Fan Shokura Repo that released in June 2018. After that, this group name appeared again in monthly magazine.

But when Oriyama had drama in 2018 Jr. Senbatsu! Shirube no Michi, he was only introduced as Johnny's Jr. under his name without bringing Chibikko Ninja name even though the other juniors already put their own group name like HiHi JETS, Tokyo B Shounen, etc except for Kansai Junior and Oriyama.

In July 2018, Tokyo B Shounen held their Samasute with Chibikko Ninja and others. Around that time, the name changed from "Chibikko Ninja" to "Shounen Ninja". In magazine released on August 2018, they already introduced as Shounen Ninja too. After that, they were backing for Kinpuri tour and were introduced as Shounen Ninja.

September 17th 2018, MSute held Johnny's Mini Island with Higashiyama Noriyuki, King & Prince, and Johnny's Junior. Shounen Ninja were part of this and they also performed with junior group from 2018 batch (in the future they'll added as Shounen Ninja member).

On September 19th 2018, the poster for Johnny's King & Prince Island came out and unexpectedly there were 5 member of Shounen Ninja, but they were introduced as "5 Ninja/5忍者" Those 5 kids were Koki, Ucchi, Wataru, Waku, and Takumi. The next day, many media already called them as new group.

October 6th 2018, these 14 kids appeared together in ABC-Za Johnny's Densetsu 2018 but with 5忍者 kids in the front of other kids. They all announced as candidates for the 40-member unit "Twenty Twenty" (commonly known as Tonitoni) and will appear on the same stage to liven up the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. That's right! They were the original Tonitoni project before this pandemic happened and changed the Tonitoni original plan.

Started from November 2018, 5忍者 performed at Shokura as 5忍者 itself with the rest of Shounen Ninja member, but those 5 kids were in the center. At that time also there were Shokura corner to introduced each of those 5 kids. November issue magazine also had 5忍者 interview and photoshoot together without the rest of Shounen Ninja member.

December magazine issue (released on November 2018), fans were pretty surprised with the appearance of 9 remaining member of Shounen Ninja with additional 11 new member that probably were fresh jr. from 2018 batch (without Kubo Ren at that time) and Kawasaki Hoshiki and Taki Yojiro that already became Musho Jr. from long time ago. Total of 20 kids introduced as Shounen Ninja. In Shokura December episode, they already appeared as "5忍者 & 少年忍者". They were backing King & Prince for Yuuki100% with the whole 25 member too.

Year changed and in January 2019, Raul announced as the new member of Snow Man, but he still performed with Shounen Ninja during Shokura January-February episode as 25 member group. After Johnny's Island (at the end of January 2019) there was an announcement about Tokyo Experience, Shounen Ninja had their own schedule and 5忍者 member name were mentioned as representative.

February 2019, Kubo Ren started joining Shounen Ninja. Around the end of February, Island TV was introduced, it turned out that Shounen Ninja kids were in Jemmy Channel where it was the place for junior without group, but strangely in the closing islandtv video with many eggs, there was one egg that was throwing shuriken (we're pretty sure who owned that egg tho).

Around March 2019, the name of 5 Ninja disappeared together with Waku changed to the middle row. Brandin that gained attention after Johnny's Island for his Eigo skill and half-blood face started to appear with center member in performance, magazine, etc. He included in 5 center potition in Tokyo Experience 2019 poster. In the same time, this 25 member group known as Shounen Ninja only.

May 2019, there was a sad news in the last day of Tokyo Experience (Kurie). Saito Yuan announced he will withdraw from the group and from Johnny's. That day became the last day he performed together with Shounen Ninja and many fans repo said in that day full of tears. In the next day, all his video and profile already deleted from Johnny's IslandTV.

Not so long after, Kubota Sora disappeared until all his video and profile in IslandTV finally removed in July 2019. Before disappeared, he got chance to appear in Yamada Ryosuke PV with other member, but yeah... Let's say goodbye to these two, they still have good relationship with other member tho.

In the summer, Oriyama had role in Yarougumi together with other junior, after that he got many acting job too. He was Kame's back dancer in Msute, he often did solo dancing like in Hadaka no Shounen Natsu Matsuri and Jesse solo at Shokura. He went to Hollywood with Matsumoto Jun and Bi Shounen member. He slowly move to the front row replacing Brandin, he appeared as part of center team in many performance, magazine, etc. His name got bigger font together with other center member in Hadaka no Shounen Natsu Matsuri opening VTR.

Shokura AinoArika October 2019 episode was the last time we saw Brandin performed together with Shounen Ninja. After that he gone till now but his profile remained safe in IslandTV. We don't know is he still part of the group or not? In Shokura April 2020, fans saw his name in Shounen Ninja list but with hiatus mark.

In October too, some younger member got participated in Johnny's Densetsu (Waku and Oriyama included). After that, we often saw center formation changed to 6 member: Koki, Wataru, Takumi, Ucchi, Oriyama, and Waku. This formation only appeared in Shokura performance but for magazine or Johnny's Island goodies Waku still excluded. This formation lasted till Johnny's Island ended. After that we saw Janiai picture where Kuro replaced Ucchi in the front line. Shounen Ninja got their Youtube too, and their profile picture changed to the new formation. Not long after, the news about Tokyo Experience was announced and their new formation based on the team they got. Started from this, we know them as Crea/Kurie formation.

This is 5-8-9 formation. Crea F is 5 member unit with Koki, Wataru, Takumi, Oriyama, and Kuro. Crea G is 8 member unit with Waku, Aji, Ucchi, Fukada, Hiyama, Aoki, Shoma, and Rikuto. The other 9 is from otouto gumi (little brother group) and they are Kubo, Kairu, Shosei (Chibiking Trio), Yamai, Taki, Yujin, Hoshiki, Inaba, and Nagase.

Hufft... I kinda tired with this long post. Lastly, the mysterious egg we mentioned before finally introduced as Shounen Ninja egg named NicoNico in April this year.

On November 6, 2020, Aoki announced he would taking a hiatus to focus for university entrance exams, he said it himself via IslandTV post, Johnny's also announced Shounen Ninja would only appear with 21 members on Jr. Island Festival on November 29th. Let's wait for Aoki to comeback!
REMEMBER THIS!!! On November 29, 2020, Shounen Ninja got their very first original song. The title is Taiyou no Egao. They announced it on Johnny's Jr. Island FES and performed it in the same day as 21 member (Their first performance after Aoki took hiatus). Yuhuuuuu~~~~ Let's celebrate their first own song and don't forget to cheer for Aoki success too! Their original song already in Johnny's Jr. Channel Youtube (click on the image)
As of 1 January 2021, Brandin's profile has been removed from the ISLANDTV website. After more than one year of uncertainty, comes the time to say goodbye to Brandin, thank you for your precious time with Shounen Ninja.
On February 15, 2021, Aoki Kohei announced his comeback via IslandTV and on Shounen Club airing at April 6 they performed their original song "Taiyou no Egao" with all 22 member for the first time since it released November last year. Finally~~~ welcomeback Aoki
Yeay!!! Ok, let's end it here ^_^ Correct me if there is any misslead information.

Date: 2020-11-14 05:50 am (UTC)After a few months became their fan, I still haven't remembered all of their names even though their faces are really familiar to me 😝
And thanks to this summary, I know that the kids have been through so many good things and bad things, esp Waku. Sorry for being so biased but it's very pity for Waku that the jimusho kept moving him from the front row to the middle row, it makes me feel like they thought he wasn't good enough and Waku must be very frustrated 😭
Waku is the first one makes me fall in love with the group and yup, Johnny's boys always make me surprised about the gap when they're on stage and off stage. I love his coolness, his skillful dance moves and his hilarious, sometimes he's a big brother of other members too ❤️ Waku and Aji are my 2 sons in the group. To think about Aji spent 10 years being jr in the jimusho, I'm so moved and admire him more. I'm happy that they're in the same unit now and their stage presence always kill me 🥺 No matter what will happen in the future, I just want to see them shining and never stop following their dream 🥺 There're so many jrs I love that weren't chosen to debut then they left, but I hope I can see the kids growing up, smiling everyday and bringing more happiness to the fans 🥺
PS: Sorry for wandering, I just want to say thank you to the post but then I can't stop typing all the things that appear in my mind 😭

Date: 2021-05-07 09:35 am (UTC)I've become their fan recently and knowing all their hard works paid off I'm very happy for them. Their youtube videos are very fun but it's just sad that a lot of it didn't have an English Subtitle. They've come a long way and I hope they will also become like Sixtones and Snow Man.
I don't know if this website is still active but I really have a lot of questions. I hope you can still reply. You can add me in Instagram however I will wait first for your reply.
Again, thank you for this. 😘

Date: 2021-05-07 10:11 am (UTC)Thank you to put your interest in them 🥰, this website is still active to update engsub of their recent bungo shounen dorama per week in locked post, and for the subtitle in youtube since that platform didn't allowed community sub from September last year so that's it the reason why their YouTube didn't have subtitle anymore 🥲. Our fanbase mainly active in twitter, if you have twitter acc you can talk to us (our acc linked in MOD post) or you can dm us here but sometimes it need more times to reply back 🙏
